Just some brief words on what will be accepted in this community. It’s really quite simple- everything that has to do with the 17th century, which means the years 1600-1699. I admit that there can be some fuzziness in that definition. For example, a person depicted may have been born or died in another century. A portrait of a historical person is only accepted if it depicts that person during the 17th century and not because s/he lived parts of their life in the 1600’s. So if your deviation isn’t accepted, it will not be because of the quality, but because it doesn’t fit the time period.

With that said, I will take the opportunity to wish you all a great 2011! I hope to see more of your work in the future!

You should be able to go to Gallery and then click on the "Submit to this gallery"- button.

Or you go to your deviation and choose "Submit to a group". You will have to write in the name of the group the first time you do that.

If you can't add anything, then I may have the wrong settings , so tell me if it doesn't work.

How do I add a deviation? I have a late 17th C gentleman's outfit I'd like to have included.

I've tried, but it doesn't work, I am told that I have no permission to contribute art when I try to submit via typing the club's name ...
